Tom was entertaining and professional. He took Jennica and I to the best Tex-Mex that Downtown Dallas has to offer. The tour was a perfect blend of culinary deliciousness and valuable history lessons.

Amazing Afternoon on Dallas Food Tour
Since I’m not a Texas native, but a lover of Tex/Mex cuisine, I was intrigued by the idea of going on a Dallas Food and Culture Walking Tour. We enjoyed chatting with the friendly proprietor of Kokopelli Sweets and getting a little background on their yummy chipotle mango sorbet and sampled Mexican hot chocolate. After sampling the chili at YO Steakhouse, we enjoyed a fascinating tour of the historic restaurant and learned a lot about the early days of Texas. I will definitely be back to have the brisket pizza from Tutta’s. A truly tasty treat! We were stuffed and happy at the end of the tour. I can’t wait until friends and family come into town as I will surely recommend this tour.
