We understand plans change. We offer a 100% refund or the option to reschedule up to 24 hours before your tour start time. Cancellations within 24 hours aren’t eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Will I see the best artwork?
We aim to show you the finest works at the Metropolitan during the tour. Please note that specific works are subject to availability. If an art piece that we typically show isn’t currently on display, your guide will substitute it with something else.
When should I get there?
Plan to show up 30 minutes early. You will have to go through security. The tour starts promptly, and you will not be able to receive your entrance ticket or catch up if you arrive late.
When is the Cantor Roof Garden open?
The Cantor Roof Garden is typically open from mid-April through October. In winter and early spring, our tour won’t include this stop.
Are gratuities included?
Tips aren’t included but are always appreciated by our guides. If you think your guide did an outstanding job, a tip is a great way to show that.
